Online Meetings

I can manage a Zoom call on your behalf, including delivery of pre-recorded content, breakout rooms, polls and recording. The meeting can be hosted on my account for up to 100 participants and can last all day. I recommend that if the meeting is to be very interactive, an upper limit of 30 people. The Zoom meeting is an excellent way of interacting with a small group, and with a limit of 100 and most participants joining only chat can be a good halfway house between a small meeting and a webinar.

A full service can include:

Setting up a scheduled Zoom meeting.
Setting up a simple registration form (with a cut off of 90).
Sending details of the meeting to registered attendees.
Pre-recording content.
Providing Logos and background graphics.
Inviting speakers/panel members.
Running to a scripted meeting agenda and running order.
Creating and managing break out rooms.
Giving access to a white board.
Running videos and presentations.
Recording the main meeting.
Post meeting editing and hosting of the recording.
